@hobiis so I see it raw on veggie trays East coast US. I’ll even eat it raw. But I’ll only include broccoli on veggie tray I make if I have a chance to give it a dip in boiling water then cool it with ice water. Not that I make veggie trays often hehe.
This method has a name. I can’t recall. But it isn’t cooked, just the edge is taken off. I do Like raw cauliflower more than raw broccoli. My whole family like cousins etc we collectively love broccoli. I figure it’s genetic

Friends, I have a deeply important question for you... Do you eat uncooked broccoli, i.e. in a veggie tray? I've heard that this answer differs depending on the country you're from! Would love to get some feedback 👀
