   oh gosh, the swedish-speaking mastodon sphere reminds me so much of why I ended up here instead of in swedish trans spaces, and also of why i ended up here instead of in cis spaces. it's like intersectionally bad. I've already blocked more accounts than I've followed, and muted as many too 😑

     btw that woman sent follow requests to several people, immediately followed by a toot mentioning all of us where she explains that it's "just basic manners" to use an avatar, write a revealing bio, and to always follow back.

     so obviously I blocked her. that's not how you introduce yourself to a bunch of perfect strangers. it's just basic manners

     no alt texts, no CW's, slur spouting leftbros, bots clogging the timelines with stuff like super local weather updates twice per hour, my first reply was from some woman telling me I was rude for not following her back and good gods I think if I'm going to do this I'll need to do a lot of curating my timelines. my block list is going to grow so much 😅
