   Merchan: Through that lens, this court must determine a lawful sentence. After careful analysis, the court determines that the only lawful sentence that permits sentence without encroaching on the legal protections of the presidency is an unconditional discharge. Therefore, I impose that sentence.

     29/ Yes, it’s frustrating that he didn’t get jail time.

     But this is not nothing. He hates this. He fought this. He lost. He’s a convicted felon forever. That means something, to him, to us.

     Life’s not fair, but we pulled out a win in this case. Let’s at least appreciate that.

     It is frustrating, but the #WhiteSupremacy is deep and will ALWAYS protect its own.
     But he is a covicted felon, forever.
     Other countries can refuse to allow entry at their discretion.

     Convicted Felon President Donald Trump may have difficulty entering some other countries, will need to apply for special waivers.
