     @BowsacNoodle @graf You can do it with your phone; I have a couple watches that syncs with it as well. A watch or ring might be better since it'll monitor heart rate, etc.

     @graf @BowsacNoodle @Bad_Banner Maybe that's why my watch doesn't consistently track my sleep... never thought about it. The sensors are sitting on color.

     @adequate @BowsacNoodle @Bad_Banner Yep that is correct. For a brief moment I had an apple watch ultra and I had to turn off all the cool features because it literally never worked on my skin because of ink. Samsung's seems to be every couple days, maybe I move more in those nights and it shifts to darker ink maybe
