@molly0xfff It surprises me that that page doesn't talk about logging IPs through links, which is one of the more credible threats floated by Heritage in those slides. Yes, I know, SOFIXIT, but I know much more about losing anonymity than maintaining it; maybe someone else would like to add something on it though.

Generally speaking there's no need to even "identify and target" even outright hc-néo-nazis in context of wikipedia.
It would be helpful to know which accounts are neonazis to recognize bias, but that doesn't translate to knowing where they live.
The only reason to want to know this is to do something that isn't blessed by society, if not outright seen as illegal.
They're trying to go full 1984, by limiting access to distasteful information.
