     I think the connection to big business and govt has reached incestuous levels. The govt has become so bloated and so into everything, that it's almost necessary to stay on their good side/suck up to them. So all this "change" coming from the mega rich class, is just them following the prevailing winds. Though, I do think EM is really in the free speech class, due to personal history and I think the woke stuff irrated him for the same reason
     They are loyal to themselves.

     @Phil @FranciscoScaramanga Across the west we are now governed by an aristocracy which bestows patronage on its favoured groups. The rest of us are taxed and demoralised into oblivion.

     Exactly they govern, nearly exclusively, for their favorite groups at a huge cost in quality of life for everybody else we are supposed to be grateful to be able to live to serve our betters.

     Here in the US they talk about "Our Democracy." It is "their" democracy, do you really expect them to include the plebs?
