   @beardalaxy Fish can contain bacteria and parasites too. I believe they rapidly freeze it below 0C to kill them, without that freezing it's better to cook it

     @matrix I actually don't know if there is a difference for fish, like if it's better to eat then raw. I'm sure they are still tested for disease and such before being used though, and carefully prepared.
