   @KatS @WideEyedCurious @marlies I think there's a bit of a disconnect here because words like "the same thing" blur over a lot. When I practice, I'm making micro-adjustments on each rep, so it's not the same thing; yet the process of "do the rep, analyze the rep, make micro-adjustments" is the same every time.
