   @joby short answer. All data collected by any Tesla sensor belongs to Tesla to do whatever they want. That includes employees passing around video recordings of naked customers as a joke.

   It is in the terms of service. If you do not agree, they turn off ALL the software.

     Don't buy new cars. Don't buy cars newer than 2005-2015 (depending on make).
