@JoscelynTransient I'm not on Mastodon but if you export your posts they will be some kind of plain text with a fancy file extension. You may open it with a plain text editor and do all things. You don't need to be a programmer to handle plain text.
Alas, you don't even write what device and operation system you use. You work on Windows, Linux or Android? Or do you expect to have a stupid online service for reading plain text in the web browser? The web is plain text!
There are a lot of tools to organize text snippets or longer peaces. BTW, with CTRL + O you may open any file containing plain text no matter what file extension. But to edit, you need an editor. Simple thing like MS Notepad may do.
All said may be wrong, if the exported file is not plain text. But the web browser may show the text and you may copy it into a editor and save it as a .txt file. You may organize such files with sortable names (e.g. date.txt) in folders without need of any organizing tools at all.
Most things work with tools, you already have on your computer.
