     I remember Goupil computer where the year in BIOS was on 4 digit and can be set from 0000 to 9999.
     It was computer with memory on large cards and one with 4 cards to obtain 16MB RAM.
     Too bad, this good constructor wasn't helped, and closed. So, there was the bad (worst?) constructor providing computer for schools.

     Same for OS, or other technology like betacam vs VHS.

     @lautreg @discatte Huh that's interesting, checking https://wiki.osdev.org/CMOS#The_Real-Time_Clock it seems to only go up to Y2099 was it not a PC?

     I was too young at this time, but many computer didn't have the century set, and, many software weren't made for this too.
