mark (atleagle@mastodon.online)'s status on Wednesday, 01-Jan-2025 02:23:14 JST mark @ai6yr my redneck upbringing taught me that if I needed water while out in the woods to only take it from a fast moving position where the water is crossing moss at the start of a fall. The moss filters and then going airborne reduces odds of bad things. It was still recommended to treat it if possible.
City people shouldn't do redneck things without adult supervision
