    As much as culture and fit matter, so much hiring is still based on skills and job descriptions. For this matching to add value, you would need a well-populated field of positions and applicants.

    So, I think this would work best if you could focus on one specific occupation but multiple employers. Maybe nursing?

    From what I’ve heard, dating apps have similar challenges, working best for those ‘in the middle,’ not so well for outliers.

      Matching on culture is just the first step. As soon as I complete the integration with AP, the plan is to add a whole system for matching based on skill sets along with a "vouching" for colleagues.

      The idea is to have a global database where both hiring managers and job seekers go to an "interview" only to validate if any of the claims from either party are true.

      Yes, you are absolutely correct. My idea here would be to use this skill set system as a way to help people getting recommendations for upskilling/training if they get consistent feedback on missing/lacking qualifications.

      Initially, yes, it would be more focused on tech workers. But I would like to expand to more industries

      @raphael

      Are you implicitly assuming this is for software developers? (Rather than the more general labor market)

      That would help with some challenges I see with this idea, but not all.
