That's my tip if you suffer severe migraines and don't have perscription meds for it.
It may be difficult to get the stuff prepped and in you, but it's worth it...
The biggest safe dose of OTC headache reliever, chase with a cup of coffee. When that combo starts working, a second cup of coffee (assuming that is medically safe for you).
The caffeine is the key difference.
Though this combo doesn't work for everyone.
It doesn't make it go all the way away, but often makes it tolerable.
