   Reepca and I (well, mostly Reepca) just fixed a deadlock in the #Guix build daemon code base inherited from #Nix:
   https://issues.guix.gnu.org/31785

   I filed the issue 6 years ago, spent hours investigating over the years when it would manifest, and it had always been there!

     The Nix code base has changed a lot compared to what we have (which is based roughly on code from 2018), but it may be worth checking over there if a similar issue exists.
