   @jendiagammon Love that movie. I really like just how weird and unusual Luc Besson's worldbuilding is. I've got a soft-spot for "Valarian and the City of a Thousand Planets" even though the film's got problems....

     I'm so glad we have The Fifth Element. It's such a blast! Influenced some of my own space opera books too. More chaotic, messy, fashionable space operas like this and Farscape, please. I'm done with the serious fare.
