@starsandsabers stuff. I need to readjust some things due to everything going on. Shipping delays by the distributor and other issues with them are also making things challenging. I’m the only person who can work on this as EIC, and I’m in LA. One day at a time.

Going to get out this morning and support local shops. The way forward in our communities is together, investing in each other, helping each other. LA Strong is real.

We are home and I made some perfect #blueberrymuffins.

Evening update, Jan. 8, 2025: After leaving in the horrific wind and smoke last night to stay in another town, today we returned. It is largely windless where I am. Tiny flecks of ash drifted down to coat everything. This afternoon, I could see blue sky and even the moon. It's quiet. I'm watchful.

In 2025, I'm going to dip back into book events. I have had a lot of personal disruptions in the past few years, deaths in the family, moves, etc. and it's time I got out there. Are there any in the US or Canada that anyone loves the most? I've done SDCC a few times so I already know about that one. I write fantasy, horror, thrillers ,and science fiction. Thank you!
