Tyler (tyler@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 27-Dec-2024 06:27:51 JST Tyler Missing a pin that needs to go right there. It drives the spark advance and a cam lobe for some points.
Would silicon bronze shear that easy? I don't think so. I'd worry only on start up, not when running.-

There's really no load on this part, right? Your engineering shall withstand for many years. -

Biker Fren (acl9000@poa.st)'s status on Friday, 27-Dec-2024 07:01:26 JST Biker Fren @tyler @ForbiddenDreamer @BowsacNoodle That reminds me: if there are Phillips screws on that thing they're almost certain to be Japanese Industrial Standard Phillips and they hate SAE tools. Our drivers try to escape the screw, and their screws expect a strong bite, so our tools rip them up. No buy JIS drivers; just jam down on the thing to keep the tool in and don't expect to put a lot of torque in there.
Kawasaki are loaded with JIS fasteners. I don't know if Honda used Phillips a lot. -

Tyler (tyler@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 27-Dec-2024 07:01:27 JST Tyler I'll try to take the cover off in an hour and see. I have absolutely zero metric hardware to finish this so I'm heading to ACE -
