   Yes, from what I've read, the monster is an illegal immigrant from Guatemala. Illegal immigration has gotten totally out of control. Who the hell knows what crimes he committed in his own country.
   
   He is innocent until proven guilty, but it looks like he is the man who set the sleeping woman on fire.

     but it's more than the perp being an illegal immigrant. Sanctuary cities always pretend to be superior and wonderful and warm and welcoming and protecting. Yet they always seem to fail in protecting their own. Homeless people get ignored, while aggressive illegal immigrants get everything. struggling families are being cut off from benefits for the sake of illegal immigrants. And then this horror. Where is the compassion and safety now?
