     There’s a very highly rated restaurant in SF that made me really angry because their signature dish was a ‘lo mein carbonara’ and it tasted worse than something I would have made as a teenager

     @jawarajabbi there are legitimate ways to do a good fusion Asian pasta, but that was not it
