   My 18 year old cat has 7 chronic illnesses (all managed). She can only eat cat food made for senior cats with kidney disease. There aren’t lots of options: there’s tuna and chicken. Thankfully, those are her favorite proteins. She does the tuna for a month then switches to the chicken. And back again. They make a dry version of the chicken food, and I love that we’ve tricked her into thinking that’s a treat.

   I love her so much!

     Amazingly of the two cats this is the one who isn't afraid of almost anyone

     @EarthySofa thank you!! We got her at 11 when she was abandoned. She already had many issues. But I think she really likes snuggles and foods and decided to stick around

     20 years 🤩👏🏻
     You must be fantastic cat parents for keeping her healthy and for her to be this old already ❤️
     My kitty only made it to 5 years as she had stage 4 kidney failure, but we had her for 7 months on kidney diet and meds and it was so worth it to have that time with her.
     So managing 7 different conditions in a senior car? Wauw! I wish you so many many days of joy with your beautiful kitty ❤️
