I always think of whatever corporate officer is responsible for those irritating unnecessary surveys after every customers repeat visit; their car and house note, their parasitism and how they are doing the company more harm than good.
Surveys can’t count the customers driven away forever, they are already gone. It skews results towards being meaningless.
