     Here’s the deal;
     
     1) I can’t tell if you are asking me a double negative question
     
     2) most of the property here is owned outright and not under a mortgage because the average age of the population here is 65. So yes, you can EASILY rent here cheaper than buying, because the boomers own everything outright.

     As mentioned by @Jonny yesterday, he's got a handful of girls that will let him sleep on their couch for up to a month , like that some kind of victory but in any event here's one of them
