Over the last week it's become difficult to keep up with my feed here. I'm a completionist but I really struggled two days ago when my “backlog” hit 1k posts for the first time.
I've not followed new accounts, is everyone just posting more? Anyone else noticing the same or have I just been slacking? 😅

Gosh, I can’t imagine attempting completionism here! I don’t even follow that many people and am still overwhelmed by my TL. I am happy to dip my bucket in the stream at random intervals, trust in chance, and let the rest flow on by.

@finestructure Also a completionist here, but I never go to bed without finishing. I have to use selective muting on some days—if there's an account I enjoy but missing a day wouldn't hurt, and I have a huge timeline to scroll through, I use "mute for 6 hours" to clear out the posts from that account. It helps a lot. Very occasionally, I have to be really brutal and do that to quite a few accounts.

Do you start from the top in session and then scroll down? When do you stop? I feel like that’d be even worse, I’d plunge into a stream without end!
