@arcana @mischievoustomato @sun @eris lmao I used to grill my bible study teacher on scripture and she was being very hypocritical on her stance regarding homosexuality and gay marriage, she said that she loves gay people etc. No matter what but I pointed out how contradictory it is to scripture regardless because being nice doesn't change what they fundamentally believe.

Then she was banned from bible study as a teacher because she turned out to be living with her boyfriend she would have sex with. Her father was understandably upset. Keep in mind, our church would do humiliation rituals to women who got pregnant in their teens. However when our pastor's daughter got knocked up, they made sure to keep it hush hush and the mother even discouraged the daughter from eating so that she wouldn't show on the wedding day 🍵

  Well I'm p sure it's mostly targeted at gay men if that matters to you and a lot of them have AIDS which is obv part of the consequence, its p crazy how that's like a natural thing that came about it doesn't seem like a random coincidence imo.   It's contradictory to pretend that you're tolerant of gay people when you're a Christian and you know damn well what the churches stance is.
  
  I judge religion but scripture, not it's practitioners, because most people practice their faith subjectively.

  Why do you always pivot to the most irrelevant things and act as if I'm totally unaware how homophobic Muslims are? I grew up Christian as a bisexual woman. I'm extremely aware how abrahamic religions see us. 🙄

  You seem to think that my beliefs boil down to IDpol, they do not. If you actually talked to pee oh cees IRL instead of dehumanizing them any chance you get, you would know exactly how we feel about our own men. It's almost as if women are victimized primarily by men of their own respective groups.
