     this labour of reproducing traditions within families so often falls to women. people think "oh someone will do it" and it's mothers and wives and daughters who end up doing it, on top of everything else. there's no praise when it's done and people are disappointed if it isn't

     @Aleums I thought about it today and decided I'm just angry that either I have to do it or nobody else will and I'm tired of doing all the planning and shopping and just pretty done with it all
