   Despite all it's problems, Amazon still offers superior service when it comes to timely delivery and quick cancellation/refunds. Wayfair is terrible at both.

     @drmambobob Yeah. I just mean if you're looking for someone to provide better service than Amazon, it's not going to be someone going for the Ali/Temu business model.
