@Hoss This stuff has been going on for a long time. Kids have often wanted to be a rock star or whatever. To your point, though, e-celebs are much less talented than even the goyest of goyslop musicians from the 20th century. Having an opinion and playing video games on stream isn't work, and it doesn't require talent. Your "personality" is gay and you're retarded. Your math homework is due by 8am tomorrow.

I feel like I haven't punctuated this point enough, and it deserves to be hammered on further because I think all these delusional warped "aspirations" people have in the currentyear have already set things in motion that are going to lead to a bunch of fucked up shit in the coming decades, and we can't stop it. More kids aspire to be YouTubers or Twitch streamers than astronauts now, and while both goals are similarly unlikely to be fulfilled, there's a very important distinction between them. A kid who wants to be an astronaut will very likely not actually become one, but that dream can lead him down many paths that result in a fulfilled, productive adult. A kid who wants to be an e-celeb will also very likely not actually become one, but it's also a dream that has very little substance. There are not many paths that the aspirational e-celeb will be led down that will end in an adult that lives a healthy, productive existence. The astronaut aspiration leads to utility, the e-celeb aspiration is like dreaming of winning the lottery and spending your entire life playing scratch-offs.
