   @FlashMobOfOne I bought a folding bench and a small assortment of dumbbells over a year ago. I quit the gym as soon as I was able to get all the weights I needed.

   I hated going to the gym. It always ratcheted up my anxiety.

     My life changed when I put a power rack in the basement. I am notoriously super-setting and one of the most annoying people in a gym. Not having to compete for equipment is such a welcome luxury.
