     thr bonus only applies to leader but the regular stat applies to all promoted kittens.
     
     a rank 12 kitten with a wood skill is going to produce MUCH more wood per second than a rank 1. regardless of leader or not.

     @Frank @Eiregoat @pixie It was kinda lame when I first tried it in the early game so I kinda just forgot about it. Of course my production is way overkill now so it's kinda pointless. It doesn't look like it has any affect anyways, I think the bonus only applies from the leader kitten

     I got this one for "having a useless leader."
     
     Also I left it running one night and somehow it ran out of catnip, which killed off a couple of the farmers and resulted in a malthusian trap where the population kept expanding and starving off. Over 500 kitties died before I woke up and fixed it, which gave me two achievements.
