I checked Wikipedia and asked an AI for a list of ANYBODY in the CIA that has ever been prosecuted for misconduct in the USA in the commission of their work, and I could only find two; a guy that gave contracts to his friends, and a guy that raped women in Algeria.

Everybody else was either convicted for giving classified info to foreign governments that aren't Israel, or for whistleblowing.

    Possible exceptions: watergate, iran-contra.

Basically came from a simple question, has the agency ever been punished for misconduct, seems like no.

Technically CIA is not supposed to operate in the USA except to catch spies, and most of that is farmed to the FBI.
