@julia Oh I love (5e and before) shadowrun, but yeah. It suffers from the same problem as Mechwarrior and BattleTech of being designed by engineers for engineers never quite managing to shake that origin.

Shadowrun is awesome (at least, before the morons took over, so 4e and MAYBE 5e but that's pushing it), but the gameplay kinda fucking blows? It should not take SEVEN HOURS of real time to resolve a six second combat (not an exaggeration, that is literally something we did)
