   Going out on a limb here, but when both inxi and upower report that the battery is at +/-25% capacity, I suppose it is time to replace it... 🤔

   upower says: "capacity: 24.3902%"

   inxi:

   $ inxi --battery
   Battery:
   ID-1: BAT0 charge: 11.4 Wh (100.0%) condition: 11.4/46.7 Wh (24.4%)

   That would explain why the battery only lasts about one hour vs 4h previously... 🤦♂️

     I am really happy about this one, since the delivery was pretty fast (about a week or so), replacing the battery was simple and not having to buy a new laptop in 2025 is going to save me a lot of money...

     Ordered a replacement battery (91 euros + 18 euros shipping) from @tuxedocomputers and now both 'inxi' and 'upower' are happy:

     $ inxi --battery
     Battery:
     ID-1: BAT0 charge: 38.8 Wh (83.1%) condition: 46.7/46.7 Wh (100.0%)

     Suprisingly (NOT) the battery now lasts up to 4h+ in battery-saving mode... 🤓

     Ah yes, but does your Thinkpad have 12 AMD Ryzen 5, 64GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD? I think not.

     Not boasting here, I just wanted a machine that would last several years without update and would deliver enough power for the most demanding task. I did spend a pretty penny on it, but I am not regretting it so far...
