   i'd be curious what percentage of the population ever used crypto, i think it's not nearly enough to warrant a special crypto law and Babiš bragging about CZ being a global crypto leader. It's a weird niche hobby and crime currency

     our central bank made a big play a couple years ago trying to attract various kinds of crypto and money companies with a somewhat simplified process to get a "e-money license" (valid EU wide), but now the only result from that is an article every couple of weeks of the licenses from that time period being revoked and those startups bankrupting.
