     Turkey and USA decided to come in on it as well.
     
     USA has 2 fingers in the pie. State department and CIA.
     They seem to be on opposite sides. (No I'm not kidding).
     
     State department is on the side of Israel and US Army guys who are on the ground there.
     
     CIA is backing ISIS/Al Qaeda, etc. along with Mossad.
     
     After Assad fell, US Air Force started bombing CIA assets that were given to ISIS. Rather amusing.
     
     Now Syrian National Army (The actual military in Syria) is attacking the Kurds with Turkey. All the while Israel is taking their own territory.
     
     I'm guessing they just got turned around by the new leadership and told to go fight Kurds for no apparent reason.

When i was in the army here we used to train rebels of Otsalan their then leader in turkey. Turkey was seething obviously. Turns out Otsalan was a retard the kurds backstabbers and Greece came into an inch of war with turkey over literally nothing.
