@alexr @BurritoSommelier Ultimately they shouldn't be able to evaluate and deny claims. They should be required to immediately pay every claim filed by a licensed medical professional, and obligated to sue the provider, with obligation on them to provide all the evidence without access to confidential patient information, if they believe the provider is making fraudulent claims.
