   They're... ghosting a social network?

   And yeah, people should absolutely try all kinds of services and forums.

   I love fedi and currently run three different servers, a number that's only likely to increase, but I'm absolutely going to try bsky once I get a datastore server set up to host my posts, as a bunch of my music and gamedev friends FINALLY left Twitter and popped up there, and I miss them.

     I mean, I used Google+ and Diaspora and that... fly by night one targeting artists and creative types, where I wrote a great creative blog about my Legend of Grimrock party and their pet rock. I famously do not have standards about this kind of thing.

     @HauntedOwlbear @mos_8502 good point: regardless of how bsky turns out, it's on track to be remembered as one of the major elements of Twitter's demise, and that's good.
