     75% of job adverts on LinkedIn start with _how great the company is, how great their values are, how great their achievements are_, etc.

     Finally, at the bottom of the job description is a looong list about how much the company expects the candidate to uphold the greatness of the company.

     (You usually find out about _greatness_ the day you're fired).

     Just saw a job listing for a position where the first 2 paragraphs was just about how great the founder of the org is and how many prizes/awards they won.

     I guess you know what to expect if you take that job. #NGO #Japan #Climate
