     @seth The other week it was so windy that it whistled all over the apartment.

     Our smaller cat also disappeared. Hours later, he scuttles out from under the sink (he never goes there).

     He was hunkered down the entire time, as if trying to keep out of sight. And meowing in distress.

     I'd imagine he'd agree with you!
