     Smart too. Bike if you are willing to accept the risks will cut through Manhattan traffic and perhaps not as cammed up as the subway which would have NYPD in the stations.

     This guy planned this out. Maybe stolen bike to egress the immediate area then change of disguise and down subway to clear the expanded area.

     @cvvhrn I have to admit, bicycle assassin isn't what I expected to see today. Not that I would endorse murder, but it's most certainly DB-Cooper-ish (assuming they don't get caught... NYC has a lot of cameras, I am sure).
