     * WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

     * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
     southeast Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin.

     * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

     * IMPACTS...Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
