   Me: Hey GPT, re-write this Python program I made into TypeScript, LOL.

   GPT: Here ya go.

   Me, out loud, and I quote, verbatim: “Holy shit, that worked?!”

   The first run loaded and executed without errors but the output was slightly off. I tweaked like 3 chars and tried again, and on the second run it worked perfectly.

   We're all out of a job soon.

     @tek interesting. I spent some time yesterday setting up #caddyserver and the AI thing I tried to use to help me was mostly just feeding me garbage config that doesn't pass validation. I was able to learn enough from what it was trying to "say" to get unstuck, but it was far off from being able to generate a working config for caddy 😅

     @craftyguy I'd believe that. There's also a huge variance in models and their effectiveness. I might've gotten very lucky.
