     (Thanks for all that you do to identify any and all friction points for people migrating to Mastodon, and then working to smooth those over, pragmatically and manually at first, and then integrated and seamless later.)

     They're working on it.

     1. Get better at raising money for Mastodon (AKA, get a US 501(c)(3)
     2. Raise more money for Mastodon
     3. Use the extra money to fund a full-time T & S lead
     4. Ask full-time T & S lead to drive T & S roadmap
     5. Put better moderation tools on T & S roadmap
     6. Ship some of those improved moderation tools

     Pain.😭

     Did they skip step 1?

     I've been clicking through all the links I can find, but don't see information on any 501(c)(3) with which I might get employer matching for donations.

     I had opened that page but apparently didn't scroll far enough down. Now to look them up in the employer matching portal.
