     @lucy you've never seen one irl? a whole family of them live near me, I've watched 2 generations of them grow up from little tiny oppossum babies

     @0utside0utsider @snacks it's famously the only native american marsupial they don't live on any other continent. we got the cooler badgers tho they're the only thing where the euro version is considerably bigger.

     @wowaname I've seen a moose irl we crossed paths at night in pittsfield. idk if i can ever afford to go to america again so i won't see an oppossum in the wild :sadcat: they're so cute. we got hedgehogs over here tho and i see many every year :3
