I have a deep passion for the non-Fuji and non-Polaroid instant film cameras
I used to avoid instant film because I had only experienced the dinky plastic cameras and now I’m super into it

I have a Nons instant film back for my Hasselblad. That only came out late last year.
When I go to the SF instant film photo walk I am always impressed by the variety of people with all kinds of not-plastic instant film cameras. Some off those folks are still shooting pack film!
The other thing I don’t love is instant cameras of unknown quality, untested in eBay. I never got into that for that reason. But now I know about people like drsx70 who refurb old cameras

@sysop408 yep! I have a pic of him somewhere :)
@skinnylatte if you're doing the instant film walks in SF, you probably have met Polaroid Jay?
Brooklyn Film camera also has a large range

@genex I just got one from retrospekt!!
@skinnylatte when Polaroid first quit making film before Impossible Project happened I’d buy up $5 SX-70s every time I found them. Now I have like 3-4 that either don’t work or are partially working but a bunch more that do work. If there’s Retrospekt who also refurbishes cameras https://retrospekt.com/
