Friday #Workout:
232 seconds of plank
10 minutes of yoga
10 minutes of strength training
10 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
10 KM of #Running (-3°C, Windchill of -6°C, 100% humidity, and 8 km/hr wind)
Yoga was a struggle again, but other workouts were fine.
The run was great; nice and cool, overcast, and trying to snow. Sixth no-issue 10k in two weeks. I think it's time to start eyeing adding some distance.
Have to bike out to the Westboro area after lunch for a meeting.
