I agree that the wording could have been better but @dansup isn't a lawyer and I'm guessing went very generic for the first iteration (without legal assistance in writing).

  Seeing some confusion regarding the Loops ToS. "We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions." We did use a service to generate these Terms and will revise them once we can hire a lawyer. https://loops.video/legal/terms-of-service#7
