I'm thinking that Loops needs an AI label, and better content warnings.
A video that has strobing lights that could cause a seizure needs different CW text than a video that contains spiders for example.

Not saying spiders would get CW'd, but a video containing one did lead to several reports.
I don't think that warrants a CW, but yeah the job of content moderation isn't easy and I need help 👈
@floppy That's an interesting idea for sure, I would like to experiment with a community notes type label as well where people could suggest various non-blocking CW labels
@dansup it might be interesting to have a specific report type of "this should have a content warning" and maybe even accept a suggestion.
@lanodan yeah that could work, in the app I want to hide them behind a CW type overlay so they don't autoplay and it will need to be compatible with non-loops posts so I think a combination of custom cw types and hashtag detection is ideal (ie: letting the user define specific filter terms, but y'all had that for years)
@mhstoixeiwmenopip Yes, there is but that may not be cost appropriate for all admins.
I'm looking into client/app side support, so admins don't need a whole ass AI and training set to do this.
@dansup do you think there might also be a way to automate this? I recently saw a very informative video on AI content detection that isn't based off of just premonition and a good look.
@dansup What are you looking for as help with moderation? Is there a good set of guidelines established?
@WTL I'm working on that, and will have a roadmap in the next week
@dansup Uh oh, was it mine with the solpugid (which is technically not a spider)? If so, my apologies! I was geeking out over it and didn't mean to frighten anyone.
@vwbusguy No worries, I don't think that warrants a content warning. Flashing/strobing lights on some other Loops I've seen though, that seems more appropriate.
