@curtosis @kims @mekkaokereke oh, indeed! There are lots of stats that can get bandied around that don't really 'show' what they purport to show (to go back to Mekka's original point...)

but when folks start doing that, it's helpful to think about what the numbers do show, what they miss, what they misrepresent, what info do we want to capture that does tell us what we need to know, etc. Biz info is iterative like that.
