   @j12t @cwebber Many may be more interested in the purpose of the social media content, and its impact, than the technical details.

     @yuhasz01 to answer your point, I think we need to take Bluesky’s lack of real decentralization really seriously.

     Thinking of the saying “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me” - after what has happened to Twitter 1.0 it is reckless to build social connections on yet another centralized network.

     This is the #bluesky critique I wish I would have written! I didn’t because I didn’t feel I had spent enough time in the depths of their tech to really be sure I’m not misunderstanding things, but my core points would have been largely the same. @cwebber did spend the time, and more power to her!

     Highly recommended.
